Writ petition of this nature is nothing but multiplying litigation and the petitioner without exhausting the remedies available under the Criminal Procedure Code cannot directly approach this Court seeking implementation of the non-bailable warrants issued by the concerned Magistrate.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail remedies under the Criminal Procedure Code.
