Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in attempting to lay a public road through the private property of the petitioners, the instant writ petition has been filed.

The petitioners are in possession of different extents of land as owners. While so, the respondents, without following the procedure prescribed in law, are trying to lay a public road passing through the private property of the petitioners. The petitioners have submitted their objections on 12.04.2021 which are stated to be pending.

Heard both sides.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to consider the objections of the petitioners submitted to the respondents on 12.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. 5.
