Heard learned counsel for petitioner/ accused No.2 in Crime No.154 of 2014 of Agiripali Police Station, Krishna District and also learned public prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and also perused the Crime No.153 of 2014 which is registered basing on the report of Smt.Ch.Saraswathi, who is none other than wife of petitioner/ accused No.2 herein and also perused the plaint in O.S. No.440 of 2012 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Warangal filed by Smt.Ch.Saraswathi against the husband of the 2nd respondent herein and another by name Ch.

Jaya Rama Krishna and the said crime is undisputedly pending since 2014 and it is not even a case of police ever interdicted much less chosen to arrest the petitioner apart from the fact that the offences are bailable and cognizable. 2) Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to arrest the petitioner pending investigation and shall complete the investigation and file the final report within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Further remedies of the petitioner, if any, are left open.

3) Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
