THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Contempt Case No.635 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Orders passed by this Hon'ble Court have been complied with, the respondents have reviewed the suspension of the petitioner vide proceedings, dated 25.06.2019, and have taken a decision to continue the petitioner under suspension.

Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Pleader, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the respondents, he is at liberty to challenge the same. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
