This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.175 of 2014 of SHO, Indukurpet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506 of IPC, but subsequently, the case in C.C.No.586 of 2014 was ended in acquittal on 24.06.2015.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
