Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 29.01.2010, nothing further survives in the instant writ petition. He submits that the petitioner shall, as directed by way of interim order, not use the Tractors for transporting sand, except where he is specifically granted permission by the authorities under the Rules. His statement is recorded and accepted.
Learned Government Pleader for the respondents does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.
