This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not renewing the 2-B license of the petitioner for the year 2011-12.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as inflructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
