ORAL ORDER:
According to petitioner, he is owner of house bearing No. 3-11, Rangarajupeta, Koilakuntla, Kurnool district. The Gram Panchayat has decided to construct water treatment plant and the place chosen is adjacent rasta of 10 feet which has been in use from times immemorial and if water treatment plant is constructed, it would block the ingress and aggress of the petitioner property. Alleging such action would be offending the right of petitioner for ingress and aggress, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned standing counsel for second respondent, on instructions, submits that as per the request of the local residents, the Gram Panchayat proposed to construct water treatment plant on public property, but in view of the opposition to utilize the place adjacent to the land of the petitioner, the Gram Panchayat has now withdrawn the proposal and there is no intention to the Gram Panchayat to construct the water treatment plant at that place. He would further state that there is no other place to construct the water treatment plant and if there is any need to construct water treatment plant, which require utilization of private property, appropriate steps in accordance with law would be taken by the Gram Panchayat. 3.
In view of this submission of learned standing counsel for second respondent, no orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
