ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dt.13.3.2015, in Order No.1 of 2015, of respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed the appeal only on 15.5.2015 before respondent No.3, the latter is directed to dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.23367 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
