Sri K.Sudarshan, learned counsel for Sri K.Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the appellants, does not press the prayer in the present appeal on the ground that the matter was settled out of Court and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand closed.
