THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.7406 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) We find our papers are not properly paginated. Ordinarily, on this flimsy ground, the matter itself should not have been dismissed. But, we feel that due to absolute carelessness on the part of the learned Advocate in preparing the papers, we are passing this order because in future this may not happen.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file afresh in accordance with law and after preparing the papers correctly in all respects.
Pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
Office is directed to return the Certified Copy of the orders filed along with the writ petition.
