THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.777 of 2009 ORDER:
Sri K. Devender, learned counsel representing Sri K. Raghuveer Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner company, states that the matter has become infructuous insofar as the main prayer is concerned but, as regards the issue of encashment of the bank guarantee, the petitioner's grievance may be permitted to be canvassed by way of independent proceedings in accordance with law as the said bank guarantee was encashed during the pendency of this writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
