THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL CCCA MP.No.67 of 2017 & CCCA No.112 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

The plaintiff in O.S.No.183 of 2006 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, Fast Track Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, preferred the present appeal against the judgment dated 20.12.2007, by and under which, the Court below, dismissed the suit and directed the 1st defendant to pay a sum of Rs.3,55,551/- with interest thereon @6% per annum. Today, the appellant/plaintiff and 6th respondent/6th defendant along with their respective counsel are present and filed CCCA MP No.67 of 2017 stating that the matter has been compromised between the parties and hence requested to record the compromise and dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

Both parties have admitted the contents, terms and conditions of the compromise, and in proof thereof, affixed their signatures on the compromise petition in open court.

In that view of the matter, CCCA MP No.67/2017 is allowed and the compromise is recorded. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
