THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31639 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the authorities of M/s Narayana Educational Trust situated at Mallamgunta Village on the other.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) has produced before the Court the written instructions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, M.R.Palli Police Station, Tirupati Urban. It has been stated therein that on 10.09.2017, one Sri N. Shankara Rao approached the Station House officer, M.R. Palli Police Station and submitted a written report dated 09.09.2017 for providing protection at the time of vacating the premises in Survey Nos. 189/1, 189/2, 189/4, 190/9, 190/11 and 194/1 situated in Mallamgunta Village of Tirupati. Based on the said complaint, the Inspector of Police made a GD entry on 10.09.2017 and went to the said place to provide protection, where both the parties discussed themselves and informed that they would pacify the issue by consulting with elders and Sri N. Shankar Rao, who gave the complaint also informed that no action is necessary on the complaint.

In the light of the written instructions to the effect that the parties have decided to arrive at a settlement, making the same as part of the record, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
