THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21548 OF 2013 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.
The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not registering case against respondents 4 and 5 and not taking action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.07.2013 as arbitrary and illegal."
During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the 3rd respondent has already register a case vide F.I.R.No.271 of 2013 against the unofficial respondents for the offences under Sections 420, 427 r/w Section 107 I.P.C., dated 23.07.2013.
In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ P.KESHAVA RAO,J 31st OCTOBER 2018.
