Challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2019, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioner asserts that her brother, by name late Inugala Jannaiah, had purchased a house bearing H.No.2-74/1 (Old H.No.2-83), Station Ghanapur Village and Mandal, Jangaon District, from one Smt Guntaka Subhadra Devi vide registered sale deed dated 25.04.1986. She asserts that as her brother pre-deceased leaving behind her without any legal heirs, she is entitled to succeed his house property.

However, when she approached the respondents, it was informed that one Mr. Allam Srinivas's name was recorded in the Gram Panchayat records against the subject property. Hence, she made a representation on 04.01.2019 to the 2nd respondent seeking to mutate her name in the Gram Panchayat records as she is only the legal heir of her brother. However, no action has been taken thereon.
