When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S.Ram Mohan Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein on 08.04.2021. After making an entry in General Diary and after making enquiry, they have closed it as 'civil in nature'. Except that the police never interfered in civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent as alleged in the writ affidavit.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
