This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.2 to A.9 in C.C.No.5 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Machilipatnam, Krishna District.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 30.11.2015 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 3 Accordingly this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
