THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.481 OF 2013

O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 25.07.2012 passed in W.P.No.22684 of 2012. By the said order, the Road Transport Corporation authorities were directed to reengage the petitioner and extend to him the benefit of continuity of service from the date of his termination till the date of his re-engagement for the purpose of regularisation.

2. Sri N.Praveen Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, would state that the order has been duly complied with. He would place before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 16.04.2013 passed by the Regional Manager, Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, Hyderabad Region, whereby the petitioner was reengaged in service. The Office Order dated 29.06.2015 issued by the Regional Manager, HR, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, Hyderabad, is also placed on record in proof of the petitioner's services having been regularised.

3. Perusal of the said Office Order reflects that the petitioner's name finds mention at serial No.43 and his services were regularised with effect from 14.05.2015.

4. In the light of the aforestated developments, the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.
