When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the XIX M.M., Malkajgiri, in C.C.No.504 of 2016, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
