This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not disposing of the representation made on 1705-2017. Petitioner's case is that her husband was appointed as Driver on 01-08-1992 and worked as such in the respondentAPSRTC. While so, due to health complications, he was made to retire on medical grounds on 17-11-2003 and consequently he died on 19-10-2010.

The grievance of the case of the petitioner is that the terminal benefits and other amounts payable including the salary during the period her husband fell sick was not paid to her being wife in spite of making the above representation to the respondents. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation. 4.
Inasmuch as this writ petition is filed only complaining nonconsideration of the representation 17-05-2017, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, suffice it direct the respondents to consider said representation dated 17-05-2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
