SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2864 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A2, in P.C.O.R.No.04 of 2018 on the file of Jedcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. The offences alleged are under Section 8(c) r/w 22 of NDPS Act, 1985. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The public prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that earlier the petition filed seeking for anticipatory bail was dismissed, by virtue of the orders in Crl.P.No.1592 of 2018. A perusal of the said order shows that considering the merits of the case petition was dismissed.

Hence, in the above circumstances, this Court opines that this petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
