THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE NO.1833 OF 2016

O R D E R

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 21.03.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.11615 of 2016 in W.P.No.9162 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the authorities to forthwith furnish community certificates to the petitioners in terms of their applications made in October, 2015, as no steps had been initiated under law for cancellation of the existing certificates. It is now stated by the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare that the aforestated order has been complied with. In proof thereof, the learned Government Pleader produced Community, Nativity & Date of Birth Certificates issued by the Tahsildar, Rampachodavaram, on 19.01.2017 to each of the petitioners. In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
