HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.818 of 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the deployment orders and this Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 10.01.2003, and in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary.

Apart from the above submission, it is noticed that the petitioner has also attained the age of superannuation and the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
