The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, would submit that no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition as the writ petitioner appeared before the Medical Superintendent pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09-03-2015 and he does not wish to pursue the writ petition any further.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
