This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 and 5 in not registering the FIRs pursuant to the complaints dated 21.04.2017, 02.07.2018 and 08.04.2019 submitted by the petitioner against the respondents 7 to 10 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in case of Lalita Kumari v. Government of U.P. and others and consequently, direct respondents 4 and 5 to register the complaints as FIRs and investigate into the same and file final report before the concerned Magistrate.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that though the petitioner lodged several complaints with the police against respondent Nos.7 to 10, no action has been taken so far and ultimately prayed to allow the writ petition as prayed for. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that a letter was addressed to the Magistrate concerned seeking necessary permission. After receipt of the permission from the

Magistrate concerned, required steps would be taken in accordance with law.

As submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home the Station House Officer concerned has already initiated action and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 6.

The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly at the stage of admission.
