THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY SECOND APPEAL No.1151 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:

The parties to the appeal except those who are represented by the Special Power of Attorney Holder are present. The terms of the memorandum of compromise are read over and explained to them in Telugu. They admitted the same to be true and correct. Hence, the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. There shall be no order as to costs.

2. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.

3. Registry is directed to annex copy of the memorandum of compromise to this judgment.
