Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition from out of which the present contempt case is filed, is itself dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, the present contempt case is also dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
