When the matter is called, Sri N. Subba Rao, learned counsel for petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Revision along with C.R.P.M.P.No.358 of 2017 with a liberty to renew his request by appropriate application before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition and C.R.P.M.P.No.358 of 2017 are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
