HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6558 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the Regulation 3 of APSRTC Service Regulations.

2. This Court granted following interim direction on 31.10.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.8556 of 2003.

"There shall be interim direction to the respondents to continuously engage the petitioners as Condcutors and their services shall not be terminated unless the juniors to petitioners are disengaged".

3. It is represented in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim orders.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
