HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1905 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R for the offence under Sections 306 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SCs & STs (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is a woman, the police of Jedcherla Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
