HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13550 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they made an application on 23.12.2016 to the 4th respondent for sub-division and measurement of the property in an extent of Ac.8-00 cents out of Ac.1600 cents in Sy.No.653-1 situated at Dharmavaram Village and Mandal, Anantapur District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 3rd respondent is the competent authority for considering the applications made for sub-division and demarcation of the properties, as such petitioners have to make necessary application to the 3rd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners will make necessary application to the 3rd respondent. In view of the above, it is open for the petitioners to make an application to the 3rd respondent and on such application being made by the petitioners, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
