CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.30142 of 2017 Dated:21.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in complying with order, dated 05.11.2015, to the extent it relates to Original Application No.5392 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) placed before the Court a copy of proceedings, vide Rc.No.1863/SER.IV-2/2017, dated 28.8.2017, which reads as under:

"While communicating a copy of the Govt. Memo vide reference 4th cited, the District Educational Officer, Mahabubnagar, is hereby instructed to take necessary action as per Govt. Memo and on the orders of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad in O.A.No.4800 of 2015, dated 05.11.2011, as per rules in force in consultation with G.P., High Court, Telangana, Hyderabad.

He is also directed to initiate disciplinary proceedings against all concerned section in-charge as per Rule-20 of CCA Rules for not taking any action on the Tribunal's orders.

This has got the approval of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad."

CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.30142 of 2017 Dated:21.9.2017 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) submitted that respondent No.1-District Educational Officer, Mahabubnagar is undergoing training for the present and as soon as he reports back to duty, he will implement the afore-mentioned proceedings of the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Telangana. In the light of this submission, which is placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.37561 of 2017 is disposed of as infructuous.
