O R D E R

Sri G. Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that as the petitioner's application dated 19.12.2015 seeking extension of his parole was not disposed of and as the time stipulated had expired in the meanwhile, his client surrendered and was imprisoned. In that view of the matter, the issue raised in the writ petition is rendered academic and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
