HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21610 of 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.13505 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of holding that the 4th respondent is not entitled to refuse to receive and process and documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject land and consequential direction is issued to the Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject land without reference to the order dated 15.03.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, Sub-Registrar, Vinukonda shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 11.07.2016 tk
