This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent No.2- Wakf Board to constitute a Managing Committee by conducting elections in respect of Wakf Institution viz., Anuman -e- Islamia Narsaraopeta, Guntur District, published in Gazette No.26, dated 28-06-1992, at Serial No.933 by following the due process of law viz., A.P.Wakfs

Managing Committees (Constitutions, Function and Duties) Regulations, 2009.

Mr.M.Mehdi Hussain, learned Counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter, dated 30-11-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that he has received written instructions from his clients to withdraw the Writ Petition and that, therefore, the Writ Petition be listed under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners has reiteratred the same.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
