It is unfortunate that the revenue authorities are meddling with the rights of the parties without issuing notice to them and always driving them to this Court for each and every problem and when errors occur, the citizens resort to submit representations to rectify the same and they have to be should be disposed of within a reasonable time. Instead of that the revenue authorities are driving the citizens to this Court for redressal of their grievance. It is unfortunate state of affairs prevailing.
In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 16-11-2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 09-02-2016 Nvl
