THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.11581 and 11658 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) These writ petitions were filed aggrieved by the fact that the authorities had not implemented the common order dated 29.04.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.Nos.4922, 4923 of 2011, 5918 and 5969 of 2012. W.P.No.11581 of 2017 pertains to O.A.Nos.4922 of 2011 and 5918 of 2012, while W.P.No.11658 of 2017 pertains to O.A.Nos.4923 of 2011 and 5969 of 2012.

It is now stated by Ms.K.N.Vijaya Laxmi, learned counsel for the petitioners in both cases, that the common order has been implemented in true letter and spirit and the amounts due to the petitioners have been duly paid.

Recording the said statement, the writ petitions are closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
