Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the joint memo is being presented to the effect that both parties have agreed that Smt. Ch. Santha Kumari, District & Sessions Judge (Retired), having office at Door No:409, Block - A, Surya Towers, Opposite NVK Tennis Academy, Aditya Sunshine Lane, Near HITEX, Izzathnagar, Hyderabad, (Mobile No: +917989112624), may be appointed as Arbitrator. It is also submitted that the proposed Arbitrator is consented to be appointed as an Arbitrator.

2. The request of the learned Counsel is accepted.

3. Accordingly, this Arbitration Application is ordered appointing Smt. Ch. Santha Kumari, Retired District & Sessions Judge, as the arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the applicant and the respondent and the said arbitrator shall enter on reference and proceed with, as enjoined by the Act.
