THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20704 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were interfering in her civil disputes with respondents 4 and 5 and pressurising her to settle the same.

The Inspector of Police, I Town Police Station, Adilabad, filed a counter-affidavit stating that upon the complaint made by the son of the petitioner against respondents 4 and 5 herein, Crime No.98 of 2011 was registered under Sections 447,427, 290, 323 and 506 I.P.C., read with Section 34 I.P.C., on the file of the I Town Police Station, Adilabad, on 19.06.2011. At the same time, upon the complaint made by the 5th respondent herein against the petitioner and others, Crime No.93 of 2011 was registered under Sections 324 and 506 I.P.C., read with Section 34 I.P.C., on 12.06.2011. Upon due investigation, charge sheets were laid before the learned Judicial Second Class Magistrate, Adilabad, which were taken on file in C.C.Nos.153 and 156 of 2011. Both these cases ended in acquittal in the year 2012.

In the light of the above stated facts, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration at this stage. Further, the petitioner did not even choose to disclose the factum of registration of the crimes mentioned in the counter-affidavit, though the writ petition was filed in July, 2011.

The writ petition therefore does not deserve consideration and

is accordingly dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
