SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2859 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A2 to A5, in Crime No.02 of 2018 on the file of Palimela Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District. The offences alleged are under Sections 7(A) r/w 8(e) of A.P.Prohibition Act.

Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are dealing with I.D. liquor illegally. Hence, the facts of the case do not entitle the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering themselves before the court below having the jurisdiction. The court below shall dispose of the bail application on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
