This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the order, dated 30.11.1996, passed in O.S.No.33 of 1996 by the learned District Munisif at Jadcherla and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 4 to issue Pattadar Pass Book to the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.22 guntas in Survey No.400 of Karvena Village, Bhootpur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the record.

It is pertinent to state that when an order/ judgment is passed by a civil Court in an Original Suit, the same is required to be assailed before a competent civil Court. In the given circumstances, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. 4 .

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
