This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 1O to 12 of Contempt of Court Act for non-implementation of the interim order granted by this Court in W.P.No.554O of 20 12, dated 02.O3.2OI2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the main Writ Petition i.e., W.P.No.554O of 2OI2 was dismissed as infructuous on 23.06.2015.

In view of the dismissal of the main Writ Petition, no further adjudication is required.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
