THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 12513 OF 2013 O R D E R:

The Criminal Petition insofar as it relates to petitioner No.2 has already been dismissed as withdrawn on 25.10.2013. Now, Ms. Manjusha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the 1st petitioner, would submit that the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication, in view of the fact that the police after conducting investigation, have filed the charge sheet.

Therefore, preserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue such remedies, which are available to him under law, this Criminal Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
