This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner, wherein the following prayer is made:
"... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in not considering the my application daled 72.O2.2020 for implementing the orders passed by the 2"d respondent in RoR case No.2/BPD/2019 dt 17.12.2019 for unsign the katha and fresh enquiry in the Revenue Records pertaining to Sy.No.440l68, to an extent of Ac.10-00 gts., of Laxmipuram village, Burgampadu lvlandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as being illegal arbitrary and unjust and to grant such other relief or reliefs ...." 2, Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record, 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.10-00 in Survey No.440168 situated at Laxmipuram, Burgampadu Revenue Village, BhadradriKothagudem Districtm, having succeeded the same by way oF inheritance. While so, respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Burgampadu Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, vide proceedings, dated 04.09.2018, mutated the name of one Ukam Ramanamma in the revenue records as pattadar and possessor of the subject land. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred an appeal before respondent No.2-Sub-Collector, Bhadrachalam, who vide order, dated 11.12.2019, has set aside the order, dated 04.09.2018,

\\.P No 10191 of2020 passed by respondent No.3-Tahsildar, and instructed respondent No.3-Tahsildar to initiate fresh enquiry for succession. Seeking to implement the said order, dated L7.t2.20L9, passed by respondent No.2-Sub-Collector, the petitioner made representation, dated 12.02.2020, before respondent No.3Tahsildar, but till date, no action has been taken on the said representation and ultimately, prayed to grant the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, as indicated above. 4, There is no dispute with regard to the filing oF representation, dated t2.02.2020, by the petitioner. Admittedly, no action has been taken on the said representation so far. Much time has been elapsed. By this time, respondent No.3Tahsildar ought to have disposed of the said representation. 5, Under these circumstances, respondent No.
3-Tahsildar, Burgampadu Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, is directed to examine and dispose of the representation, dated 12.02.2020, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of th is order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
