CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.21582 of 2017 Dated:23.8.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 29.01.2014, in O.A.No.470 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') as illegal.
On 09.8.2017, the case was adjourned at the request of the In-charge Commissioner/Director of Public Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department, Telangana State and also the District Medical and Health Officer, Sanga Reddy District for reporting compliance.
Today, the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) placed before us memo No.4041/B1/2017, dated 19.8.2017, of the Government of Telangana, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (B1) Department deciding to implement the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal, and accordingly, directed the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana State to implement the said order of the Tribunal by appointing the petitioner as Civil Assistant Surgeon, and the consequential proceedings of the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, Telangana State, Hyderabad, vide Rc.No.6755/ E6.C/2014, dated 22.8.2017, appointing the petitioner as Civil Assistant Surgeon.
CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.21582 of 2017 Dated:23.8.2017 In the light of the above-mentioned proceedings, the afore-mentioned order of the Tribunal stood complied with. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
