This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, seeking a direction to the learned XIII Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.57 of 2017 (Old I.A.No.1102 of 2007) in O.S.No.243 of 1994, pending on its file, expeditiously.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

The Court below ought to have disposed of the subject I.A.No.57 of 2017 (Old I.A.No.1102 of 2007) in O.S.No.243 of 1994 by this time, which is not done so far. Therefore, the learned XIII Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), City Civil Court, Secunderabad, is directed to dispose of I.A.No.57 of 2017 (Old I.A.No.1102 of 2007) in O.S.No.243 of 1994, pending on its file, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
