Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 07.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mahila Police Station, Vijayawaya City are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "The contents of the petitioner are that the marriage of the complainant Smt.Y.Sailaja was performed with Y.Ganeswara Rao on 10.02.2016 and her parents gave Rs.10 lakhs, Rs.5 lakhs lanchanalu and Ac.0.50 cents of land as dowry. After marriage, her husband not showed for children by saying that his elder sister-in-law is having children and also not had physical contacts with her. Further, she alleged that her husband has illegal contacts with his elder sister-in-law and she witnessed the same. Hence, he threatened her not to disclose to anybody.
In the month of "Aashadam" her husband brought her to her parents' house and left her on the road and since then he has not come to her. Hence, she informed the facts to her parents and when her parents tried to compromise through mediator, one day her husband came to the mediator's house and abused her father and threatened that they will see their family end. Her younger brother-in-law made propaganda against her in the villages saying that she has committed theft of gold ornaments worth of Rs.3 lakhs. Hence, she requested to take necessary action and to do justice.
On 14.02.2018 the WSI called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry but on the same day the petitioner along with her father came to the police station and gave a representation with a request not to take any action on her petition by mentioning that on 12.02.2018 she lodged a complaint with the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada City against her husband and in-laws and the same has been endorsed to the ACP, Mahila PS, Vijayawada City. By knowing the same, their elders intervened and compromised between them. Hence, she requested not to take any action on her petition against her husband and in-laws. Her father also put his signature underneath of the representation. Hence, on the same day returned the original complaint along with the
representation of the petitioner Smt.Sailaja to the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada City by mentioning that there is no need further action on the petition.
The allegations levelled by the petitioner in writ petition are far away from the truth and his wife gave a complaint on 12.02.2018 to the Commissioner of police, Vijayawada City and on 14.02.2018 his wife gave a representation with a request not to take action on her complaint. Therefore, there is no need to call the petitioner i.e., Sri Yepuri Ganeswara Rao to the police station or register a case against him. Here with enclosed the copy of the CCC petition and representation of Smt.Yeepuri Sailaja along with extract of the Tapal book dated 15.02.2018 for your kind perusal and appraise the Hon'ble Court and see that the writ petition may be closed."

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 07.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mahila Police Station, Vijayawaya City. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
