Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P .C praying that in the circumslances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal petition, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings against the Petitioners/Accused 1 and 2 in FIR No. B0 of 2O24 registered by PS Mustabad, Rajanna Sircilla District under sections 341,186,379 rlw 511of {PC in the interest of justice and equity.

,/ t.A.NO:1OF 2024 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition, the High court may be pleased to stay of all proceedings against the Petitioners/Accused 1 and 2 in FIR No. 80 of 2024 registered by PS Mustabad, Rajanna Sircilla District under sections 341,186,379 rtw 511of IPC pending disposal of the criminal petition in the interest of justice and equity.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Gummalla Bhasker Reddy, Advocale for the Petitioners and the Additional Public Prosecutor (TG/AP) on behalf of the Respondent No.1. The Court made the following Order:-

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3887 of 2024 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.80 of 2024 of Mustabad Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District.

Sri E. Ganesh, Iearned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Oflicer in the said crime has completed investigation, laid charge sheet against the petitioners and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.739 of 2024. In proof of the same, he has filed copy of e-case status. 3.

In the light of the said submission, nothing remains in the criminal petition to adjudicate further, cause in the present criminal petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings in the said Calendar Case.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
