Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made representation on 04-12-2017 to 2nd respondent to continue his services as Cluster Resource Person at Vedullapalli Complex, Sitanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District by renewing his contract of employment, but 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
